SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aviation, in particular, to designs of thrusters for creation of lifting force. Device consists of a single-disk open centrifugal wheel with a two-way inlet of air medium and with straight radial blades (1), stationary convex-concave annular body (2). Body is a surface of rotation bounded by the upper and lower circles, with an acute angle of the outlet of the medium flow with respect to the horizontal of the inner surface of the body outer edge. On the inner surface of the body profiled blades of straightening device (3), brackets (4) for fixing to the body of bearing unit (5) of the centrifugal wheel drive are installed.

EFFECT: increase in a specific thrust and decrease in the weight and dimensions of the device are achieved.
