FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building, in particular to the pipes and fittings connection methods, preferably to the pipes and pipe elements from dissimilar materials thermomechanical connection methods. Composite fibrous materials pipes ends connection to metal parts and their connection method include end, pipe and connector from the material with in-built intelligence. End is made with the blind annular groove with outer diameter exceeding the pipe outer diameter by the gap between them. Connecting element is made in the form of ring made of TH-1 alloy, put on along the end groove inside diameter. Value of the gap between the connector outer surface and the pipe inner surface is chosen taking into account the elastic and plastic deformation values during the specified interference between the connecting element and the pipe restoration by the material with in-built intelligence. Performing the connector heating to temperature of plus 250–260 °C and holding at this temperature until the maximum tightness in the connection is formed, after which the permanent connection is cooling down at room temperature.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in the connection strength and its reliability.
