SUBSTANCE: invention relates to household appliances for cleaning and washing floors. Torsion spin device includes compressing device (1) for receiving the washing head of a mop (squeegee or brush for cleaning and care of the floor), compressing device (1) having upper part (2) and bottom (3), which are connected to each other by means of compression lamellas (4), compression lamellas (4) being formed and/or pivotally mounted at upper part (2) and bottom (3) in such a way that upper part (2) can turn around bottom (3), and wherein compressing device (1) is movable along a portion of the lifting path relative to carrier device (5), whereby upper part (2) is rotated around carrier (5) and bottom (3), at the same time, reduction device is provided by means of which the force which counteracts the rotation of upper part (2) can be reduced.
EFFECT: small size and increased spin efficiency.
