FIELD: radar ranging and radio navigation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radar, in particular to the radar means for automatically detecting, recognizing and maintaining various types of mobile objects. Radar station comprises a transceiver device, a two-coordinate pivoting device configured to be mounted on a tripod, a power supply unit, wherein the transceiver is made in a single package and comprises a waveguide-slot receiving and transmitting antennas, a transmit-receive unit providing continuous generation of a sounding signal with linear frequency modulation (LFM), a primary information processing unit, a computing device, a secondary power source, and also a GPS/GLONASS receiver, a GPS/GLONASS receiver, that can be dismantled. In this case, the primary information processing unit contains an additional information output, and the computing device further comprises an information input forming an audio channel, the computing device is executed on a single-board computer, the pivoting device is connected to the transceiver device via a cable and is configured to automatically scan the transceiver device in azimuth and elevation, as well as the transition to the preheating mode at an operating temperature below minus 10 °C.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of automatic detection and tracking of not only moving ground and surface targets, but also air, automatic recognition of the type of target (technician-man).
