FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to radio communication and can be used in communication systems with complex signals. Device comprises a cyclic symbol sequence generation unit including a modulo-two adder, shift register, decoder and a first delay element; an external logic unit including three AND elements and first OR element; a control unit including two storage registers, two counters, key and second OR element, translation complexity unit including a multiplier group field element generator, second delay element, memory block, third OR element, and third counter.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in the structural security of noise-like signals on the basis of nonlinear recurrence sequences in the form of codes of quadratic residues existing in simple Galois fields GF(p).
