SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling modules intended for drilling oil and gas wells on the shelves of the seas. Underwater drilling module comprises an open frame structure, a drilling machine mounted on a drilling rig, which is equipped with a mechanism for horizontal displacement of the drilling machine, which provides the ability to supply and install drill pipes, a lifting mechanism serving for vertical displacement of the drilling rig. In addition, the underwater drilling module is provided with means for connecting / detaching the drill pipes during addition or removal of drill pipes to / from the drill string, elements of the drilling mud system and elements of the mud circulation system, the mechanism of retention, moving and installation of wellhead equipment at the wellhead, fixed guide, upper and lower chambers of washing, displacement device. Lower boring machine is installed between the wellhead and the drilling machine to rotate the drill string. Fixed guide is designed to move the lower drilling machine along it by means of a lifting mechanism independently of the drilling machine. Moreover, above the level of the wellhead, rotary tables with rotational drives are installed, which serve for the placement of replaceable cassettes with drill pipes. Upper and lower chambers are intended for cleaning drill pipes from mud residue and sludge. Displacement device is provided with a flange for supplying water or mud, for drilling or forcing into the lower cavity and is mounted above the lower drilling machine with the possibility of vertical displacement together with it.

EFFECT: technical result is the provision of continuous drilling and continuous circulation of drilling fluid, as well as transportation, installation and replacement of wellhead equipment without the involvement of additional technical means.
