FIELD: drilling of soil or rock.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic drives for rotary drilling located in wells. Hydraulic motor comprises a tubular body disposed within it by a helical gerotor mechanism including a coaxially arranged elastomeric plate in the housing and mounted within the housing in the screw rotor housing, the rotation of which is performed by pumping the fluid, the housing of the spindle section with the shaft of the spindle section housed inside it, mounted on an axial support in the form of a ball-bearing thrust radial multi-row bearing, as well as on the upper and lower radial sliding supports consisting of the outer and inner bushes located in the body of the spindle section and, accordingly, on the spindle section shaft, the shaft of the spindle section is fastened at the input by a drive shaft with a screw rotor of the engine, and the output is fastened to the chisel, the motor and spindle section are fastened together with a threaded sub-stand, the lower radial support of the spindle section is fixed with a nipple, and the body of the spindle section and the nipple are fastened with a common thread. Housing of the spindle section comprises a belt of increased stiffness, characterized by the implementation of the housing wall of increased thickness, located upstream of the plane of section of the housing of the spindle section on the groove of the first mating thread of the nipple to the plane of the cross-section of one of the downstream rows of balls of a ball-bearing thrust-radial multi-row bearing. Moment of inertia Jb cross-section of the above-mentioned belt of increased stiffness in the body of the spindle section and moment of inertia Jh of the cross section of the housing of the spindle section in the plane of each upstream of the increased rigidity belt of a series of balls of a ball-bearing thrust-radial multi-row bearing are related by the relation: Jb=(1.25÷1.75)Jh. Diameter d of the spindle section in the plane of the belt of increased stiffness in the body of the spindle section and the diameter dh spindle section in the plane of each upstream of the increased stiffness belt of a series of ball bearings of a thrust-radial multi-row bearing are connected by the relationship: d=(1.03÷1.07)dh, and the diameter dh a spindle section in the plane of each upstream of the increased rigidity belt of a row of ball bearings of a thrust radial multi-row bearing and a diameter dd motor housings are connected by the relation: dh=(1.03÷1.07)dd.
EFFECT: resource and reliability of the engine are increased, the accuracy of penetration of the directional and horizontal wells and the rate of the set of curvature parameters of the wells, and also the patency, id est, the resistances and stresses in the assembly of the bottom of the drill string decrease as they pass through the radius intervals of the borehole barrel.
