FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for sealing a production string. Method for sealing a production string comprises lowering of a packer on a setting tool to a production string of the well, setting the packer in the production string below the leakage interval with further removal of the setting tool. Following arrangement is assembled at the mouth in upward direction: a plug, a perforated branch pipe, a packer, a disconnect device, a mechanical scraper, a template, a setting tool. Arrangement is downed at setting tool into production string with gaging the production string to a depth of 50 m below the packer setting interval. Inner walls of the production string are stripped with a mechanical scraper 15 m higher and 15 m lower than the packer setting interval. Packer is located so that it is provided in the setting interval below the disturbance interval of the production string, but above the productive formation. Packer is set and the packer setting sealing capacity is determined by swabbing the liquid along the setting tool with a decrease in the liquid level to 1,000 m, followed by the removal of a liquid level recovery curve in the annulus. Disconnect device is undocked and the nipple of the disconnect device, the scraper, the template and the setting tool are extracted from the production string. Following arrangement is assembled at the mouth in upward direction and lowered: a nipple of the disconnect device, a pressure seat, an oil well tubing shank, a ball is dropped into the shank and the shank is pressed to 9.0 MPa. Ball from the shank is flushed by backwashing the liquid into the annulus. Arrangement is assembled and lowered in upward direction: an electric centrifugal pump with submersible motor in the casing, an elevator oil well tubing to the depth, not reaching 1.5 m to the casing of the disconnect device. Elevator tubing is further lowered at a speed of 0.1 m/s. Nipple is connected to the casing of the disconnect device and the electric centrifugal pump is started up.
EFFECT: technical result is the hermetically-sealed packer setting in a single tripping operation.
