SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication and can be applied in communication systems using absolute precise time. In this method, the duration of the message elements is many times greater than the propagation time of the signal or the possible difference in propagation times of the signal from the transmitter to the receiver, and the beginning of the transmission of each next message element is made at predetermined moments of the absolute exact time. Periodic cycle correction of the frequency of the reference oscillator with quartz stabilization is carried out with the help of a control voltage. At the beginning of the next cycle, the admissible value of the detuning in time of the transmitting and receiving devices of the communication system is fixed, upon the achievement of which the time is determined, during which the detuning has occurred and the deviation of the frequency of the reference oscillator from the nominal value is estimated, relative to which the control voltage is generated, which ensures generation by the reference frequency generator, which is close to the nominal one. After the end of the next cycle of frequency correction, the system is set to the initial position, after which the next cycle begins.

EFFECT: improved accuracy of clock and code frame synchronization.
