FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport engineering and can be used as a cabin on river, sea ships and other water transport facilities. Device contains a metal stamped welded framework of load-bearing profile structures, there are installed packages of soundproof insulation elements inside them. Frame is connected to the bearing structures of the vessel by means of a vibration isolation system from the upper suspension, which includes at least two rubber vibration isolators of the upper suspension of the cabin and at least two vibration isolators of the lower suspension in the form of cylindrical or conical helical springs. Standard noise absorber is made up of rigid carcass secured to cabin ceiling by hooks or cables to comprises elements with sound absorbing material wrapped by said sound-transmitting material and arranged in perforated surface. As a sound-absorbing material, plates are used made of mineral wool on a basalt basis such as Rockwool, or mineral wool such as URSA, or P-75 basalt wool or glass wool lined with glass felt or foamed polymer, for example, polyethylene or polypropylene, and as an acoustically transparent material, for example, fiberglass type EZ-100 or a Poviden type polymer. Suspended acoustical ceiling consists of a rigid frame suspended from the ceiling, with a sound absorbing material inside, wrapped with acoustically transparent material. To the frame perforated sheet is attached. Frame is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with the dimensions of the sides in plan B×C, the ratio of which lies in the optimal range of the quantities B:C=1:1…2:1. Sound-absorbing element of the package of soundproof insulation elements is made in the form of rigid and perforated walls, between which there are two layers: a sound-reflecting layer adjacent to a rigid wall, and adjoining the perforated wall sound-absorbing layer. Layer of the sound-reflecting material is made of a complex profile consisting of uniformly distributed hollow tetrahedra. As for the shape the holes can be circular, triangular, square, rectangular or diamond-shaped. Rockwool mineral wool, or URSA mineral wool, or P-75 basalt wool, or glass wool with glass fiber lining, or foamed polymer is used as a sound absorbing material. Surface of fibrous absorbents is treated with special porous paints that allow air to pass through, or covered with breathable fabrics or nonwovens.
EFFECT: increased comfort of the cabin and improved working conditions of the operator.
