SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of ecology and biology. Method includes the selection of soil samples with nodule bacteria taking into account the vertical zoning of mountain areas in the range of 1,000–2,000 m above sea level. When selecting nodule bacteria, samples are extracted in a mixture with the soil of the rhizosphere of leguminous plants, moisturizing it to 50–60 % with boron-containing mineral water, in which the biopreparation Nikfan is dissolved in a concentration of 0.1 %, transferring the composition to inoculate the seeds of the same plant species in another ecological zone.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in activity of nodule bacteria.
