FIELD: pulp industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of cellulose. Upon contact with metal surfaces, the sodium polyalkyl siliconate creates hydrophobic liquid film, which prevents the scale formation on the heat exchange surfaces and deposits in the reaction equipment. At the moving liquid flow velocities, selecting such a sodium polyalkyl siliconate concentration, at which the weakened bond of scale or fibrous materials with a metal surface through the liquid film is destroyed and the process is conducted in the unconstrained mode. Assigned task is achieved due to the fact, that in the process wooden chips cooking method, including the white liquor and process wooden chips preparation two-stream arrangement, fibrous mass feeding into the cooking boiler through the feeders, fibrous mass circulation through the transfer pipes, fibrous mass separation from the solution through the annular sieves, solution heating in the circulation heat exchangers, fibrous materials hydrodynamic processes and heat exchange processes in the cooking boiler are conducted in the presence of sodium polyalkyl siliconate in the white liquor solution range of 5–30 mg of Si-O/l, where Si-O is the sodium polyalkyl siliconate amount (per dry matter).

EFFECT: achieved technical result of the proposed invention consists in the well compatible with alkaline solutions sodium polyalkyl siliconate introduction into the white liquor.
