FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aircraft engineering, namely to remote control systems of aircraft in lateral-directional mode. Astatic (integral) contour of working out the given values of the angular velocity of the roll is applied and the signal from the integrator is controlled by the ailerons and the rudder.
EFFECT: improved controllability in lateral-directional mode, namely: automatic balancing of the aircraft in the roll channel is provided and it is easier to perform the balancing by the pilot in manual mode in only one channel – in the yaw channel; desired value of the criterion of controllability in lateral-directional mode is provided χ=ωxmax/ωymax when giving pedals; facilitates the solution of the problem of preventing reverse roll reaction at large angles of attack; mode of stabilization of the given roll by the pilot is simplified due to the fact that the behavior of the aircraft in the canal channel is closer to the neutrally stable one; operation of the steering drives in the linear zone of the change in speed characteristics is ensured.
