FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Vibration isolator contains a frame designed as an upper platform for installation vibration isolated object and a lower base between which the elastic element is installed. On the lower base the stroke limiters of the unit of elastic elements of cushion spring type and baffle plate are placed. Lower base part contacting with free ends of cushion springs, is coated with frictional material. Unit of elastic elements consists of four packages of cushion springs of various height and angle of inclination to vibration isolator axle. Packages through spacer rings are placed on vibration isolator axle and fixed with help threaded shank and nut. Vibration isolator axle is rigidly connected to upper platform of frame. Each of packages of cushion springs contains three cushion springs of identical height and angle of inclination located with respect to each other at an angle 120°. Buffer spring is rigidly fixed to the free end of the axis of the vibration isolator, coils of which are covered with vibration damping material. Baffle plate type is composite and consists of three damping layers. Coils of the buffer spring are covered with vibration damping material.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency.
