FIELD: agriculture; engineering industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering, in particular to aggregates for tillage with simultaneous application of fertilizers before planting potatoes. Aggregate for forming a comb-shaped soil background with a differentiated distribution of mineral fertilizers for the development of potatoes contains a wedge-shaped frame located on a frame with wheels, mounted on its rear part of the track, and in the lower part of the share, triangular loosening protrusions, their continuation is made in the form of teeth. Wedge-shaped stand is equipped with a chisel, that, together with the splines mounted on the shoe, forms a triangular arch growing in the direction of travel, in which there is a turret spreader with a surface formed by rotation from the outside of the sector of the circle under the track line, and triangular ripping protrusions are located on the surface of the shoe. Behind the wedge-shaped counter, a mineral fertilizer hopper with a metering device, a fan, and soil-cultivating vertical cutters are mounted on the frame. In the lower part of the frame, two fertilizer knives are placed parallel to each other, located along the movement of the unit before the tillage vertical milling cutters, in the zone of the descent of the raised shoe with triangular loosening protrusions of the soil layer located on these surfaces. Soil-tilling vertical milling cutters receive a drive from the power take-off shaft of the tractor aggregating the agricultural machine and have a cutting edge on their knives located at the edge of the knife blade farthest from the axis of rotation of the cutter. After the Soil-tilling milling cutters discs are fixed.
EFFECT: increase in the yield of commercial potatoes is achieved by improving the quality of mixing and distribution in the soil of mineral fertilizers throughout the volume of the treated soil in its vertical and horizontal directions.
