FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: smoke generator includes a housing with infrared radiation generators placed in it and reflectors located above them, an exhaust fan and an automation system. Fuel supply conveyor is horizontally mounted in the body, its cloth is made of steel woven mesh with a square mesh size of 3.2x3.2 mm and driven by a geared motor. Hopper with a feeding tray of rectangular cross-section, located to the conveyor belt at an angle necessary to ensure gravity feed of moistened sawdust onto the conveyor belt, is mounted on the body. Damper is mounted on the body. Automation system includes a contour of automatic speed control of the conveyor belt.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in productivity while maintaining the carcinogenic safety of smoke fume.
