FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dual clutch transmission. In the method, the gearbox contains five rows of gear wheels connected to primary shafts (1) and (2) and to secondary shaft (6) with toothed couplings moved by double-acting hydraulic cylinders. Said gearbox is equipped with gear coupling (23) for connection with inner primary shaft (1) of gear wheels (11) and (12) located on shaft (1). Gear wheel (11) closest to the double clutch and located on shaft (1) is made with two toothed rims arranged on different sides for alternately connecting gear wheel (11) to shafts (1) and (2) with toothed couplings (21) and (23).
EFFECT: improved transmission performance is achieved.
