Structure is offered that forms gel-like coating 3 on the surface of base material 1, which is molded into a predetermined shape, said gel coating comprising thin solid particles having a grain size of not more than 50 mcm and oleaginous liquid.
EFFECT: improved sliding properties of the inner coating and increased retention time of the original characteristics.
