SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the field of engineering, in particular to vehicles. Vehicle in the first variant comprises a deck, a rear support, a steering assembly, a front support. Steering assembly includes a steering column, having a first axis and rotatably mounted relative to the deck about a first axis forming a first angle with the reference plane. Front support has ground contact means and is rotatably mounted relative to the deck about the second axis. First and second axes are inclined relative to each other, forming a second angle. When using the vehicle, the first angle is unchanged. Vehicle of the second embodiment further has a longitudinal axis and is configured the way the deck tilts about the longitudinal axis towards the center of the circle at rotation of steering column about the first axis, along the arc of which the trajectory of the vehicle travels.

EFFECT: increase in the stability of the vehicle is achieved.
