FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology and serves to locate a physician during microsurgical operations. Working chair of the microsurgeon contains a base, a support-rotary mechanism, a seat, armrests and a footboard. Base is provided with rollers and retractable supports, as well as an integrated rotary carriage, moving radially relative to the axis of rotation on the rollers. Support-rotary mechanism consists of a support block, a cylinder with guides fixed on it, a movable sleeve, an electromechanism of adjusting the seat height. Seat has a height-adjustable headrest and a built-in additional folding backrest. Armrest consists of a telescopic stand mounted on the lower support assembly. Upper support assembly with the supporting plate of the forearm is located on the movable part of the telescopic column. Inside the telescopic rack there is a hydraulic movement locking mechanism that fixes the position of the movable part of the column and the upper support assembly. Lower support assembly allows to tilt the forearm restraint in two planes. Footrest is mounted in the guides of the pivot mechanism and connected to the seat by means of an electromechanical adjustment of the step height relative to the seat.
EFFECT: technical result is alleviation of the physical load of the microsurgeon.
