SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical technology, in particular to training devices, and is intended for the rehabilitation of users who have problems with their locomotor system. In the method, the device comprises a frame, a saddle, a propulsion device mounted on the frame, which is designed with possibility of reverse movement on it, supports for arms and legs and expanders fixed on the frame. Said propulsion device contains a device that interacts through kinematics with the saddle, and a piston system that includes a cylinder and a piston that interacts with the cylinder with a rod made with the ability to make reciprocating movements. Said cylinder is equipped with a nipple system that allows to adjust the air pressure in it. Said piston is made with holes, and the rod is fixed on the frame with the possibility of adjusting its length by means of an indicator. Said expander is made in the form of a pump, in which the cylinder is equipped with a nipple system that allows to adjust the air pressure in it, and is hinged to the frame. Said piston is made with a rigid rod with a handle for the user's hands and is installed with the ability to make reciprocating movement in the cylinder.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of the rehabilitation of a patient due to the regulated efforts of the muscles of the arms, legs, feet, back, chest, neck and vestibular apparatus.
