SUBSTANCE: device comprises an internal space (11) formed by the pump housing (2) of the device (1), a sealing cup (10) sealing the chamber (12) enclosed therein with respect to the space (11), a shaft (13) of the working wheel rotatable about the axis of rotation, working wheel (16) mounted at one end of the shaft (13), an inner rotor (17) mounted on the other end of the shaft (13), a drive motor (9) driving the drive shaft about the axis of rotation (20), and an outer rotor (22) located on the shaft (20) and interacting with rotor (17). Rotor (22) has a hub (23) defining a passage opening (27) of the hub inner surface (28) in which an axial groove is formed (29) extending parallel to the axis and interacting with prismatic key (33) inserted into shaft (20) slot (32). The hub (23) inner surface (28) has at least one radially circumferential first groove (30) and at least one radially circumferential second groove (31), wherein there is a fitting ring (34, 35) in at least two of the grooves (30, 31).

EFFECT: realization of gapless installation of the outer rotor on engine shaft without special tools.
