FIELD: package and storage.

SUBSTANCE: operation of the system reduces water content of oil in the tank and reduces loss of volatile liquid (oil, oil products) when stored in metal tank due to supply of dry air into tank breather valve and exhausting air with vapor of a volatile liquid from the same breathing valve through the proposed air intake and exhaust device, made in the form of an annular duct communicated with the surrounding atmosphere. Annular duct is formed by two concentrically arranged shells, however, inner shell is inner wall of annular cavity and at the same time limits inner cavity of annular duct in which breathing valve is located, and outer shell is outer wall of annular cavity. On the inner side of the shell there are slots connecting the annular cavity of the annular duct, isolated from the surrounding atmosphere, with its internal cavity, and air duct is connected to outer shell, which connects duct annular cavity with atmospheric air intake means, feed pump, moisture condenser of atmospheric air, suction pump and vapor condenser of volatile liquid. Operation of air pumps and electric-controlled dampers is regulated by the control unit and is synchronized with the operation of fuel pumps supplying oil to tank and collecting oil from tank.

EFFECT: breather system designed for tanks for storing volatile liquids, in particular petroleum and petroleum products.
