FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for crushing and grinding various materials using electro-hydraulic effect. Assembly comprises a system for loading raw material for crushing. Loading system comprises a loading conveyor and loading hopper (6), electro-hydraulic crusher. Electrohydraulic crusher comprises electrical part consisting of high-voltage power source (1), pulse shaper (2) and working dischargers (3), and mechanical part consisting of pipe system (4) connected to the hopper. Pipe system (4) consists of set of curved pipe segments with working dischargers (3) installed in them and grounded classification grids (5). Mechanical part includes receiving part connected with pipe segments (8). Installation comprises finished product unloading system connected to receiving part (8) of electro-hydraulic crusher, consisting of conveyor (9) installed in sealed enclosure (10) for unloading and device for further dispersion of finished product into fractions. Installation comprises working fluid circulation system consisting of pipelines (14), circulation pump (15) and device for cleaning working fluid (16).

EFFECT: it provides increased productivity, simplified parameters and maintenance of electro-hydraulic installation, improved product quality.
