FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and is configured to eliminate all the negative effects of the multiple steam nozzle control. Novel multiple steam nozzle control system with an external mixing chamber, mainly for steam turbines, containing a stop valve and a series of successively opening control valves is proposed. Steam after the control valves is not directed to the nozzle apparatus controlling steps, but to the external mixing chamber with an internal protective filter mesh, after which it enters the high-pressure cylinder.
EFFECT: invention provides the significantly increased efficiency of a high-pressure cylinder at all reduced turbine loads.
