FIELD: document management tools.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and means for controlling the processes of documenting and evaluating the authenticity of objects consisting of sets of data bits, and is intended to create automated systems for monitoring and monitoring the movement of objects from one storage location to another. Invention is implemented by electronic devices, called User's Mail Modules (UMM), which, when connected to electronic equipment for the exchange of electronic messages (EM), allow to send and receive in a special way additionally prepared EM in the Information and Telecommunication Network (ITN), using hardware and software of an electronic device that realizes the ability to work of all the used UMMs, called the Certifying System (CS), which has its own version of the UMM, called the Postal Certificate System Module (PCSM), and allows to combine the UMM into a single network (SUMM). And when passing the sets of EM bits through the SUMM, interconnected chains are formed from the data identifiers of the EM and the SUMM subjects, the network address of the equipment with the UMM sending the EM, the network address of the CS with the PCSM and the network address of the equipment with the UMM receiving the EM, and the sets of bits of the hash codes (HC) are created as part of the EM bit set, in which each successive HC is determined taking into account the previous one.

EFFECT: technical result is a simple, convenient and reliable way to manage the processes of preparing the composition of objects transported using telecommunications.
