FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the oil industry, in particular, compositions for water zone isolation in producing wells and for controlling reservoir coverage and profile log of water injection wells. In the first variant, a water insulating composition contains an aluminum salt, a gellation initiator, an additive and water. As the aluminum salt, 8–10 wt.% polyaluminium chloride is used, 1.6–2 wt.% sodium silicofluoride is used as a gel initiator, 0.6–2 wt.% sodium acetate is used as an additive, and fresh water is used as water-rest. According to the second variant, 8–10 wt.% polyaluminium chloride, 1.8–2 wt.% sodium silicofluoride, 0.2–1.2 wt.% sodium acetateate are used, and water with a density of 1,180 kg/m3 is used as water – rest.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency and manufacturability of the water insulating composition due to gelation at a low reservoir temperature and all-season use due to the possibility of preparation using reservoir salt water.
