FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building, and can be used during the parts internal radius junctions milling with variable tolerance on the program controlled machine tools. Method comprises use of the end mill with a radius of not more than the internal junction radius and one pass processing by the mill rotation center movement along the equidistance to the processed surface with the internal radius junction running along the radial arc. Milling is carried out with the end mill elastic extraction from the machined surfaces constant value, caused by the mill pushing out allowable force equal to the constant force during milling with the constant cutting depth and working feed, due to the feed per cutter tooth reduction as the cutting depth increase in the area of penetration into radius junction. Performing the machined surface running-in with the working feed equal to the working feed at the cut-in section end, and at the cutter exit section from the radius junction, increasing the cutter working feed as the cutting depth decreases to the working feed during the junction surface milling.
EFFECT: increase in the processed surface quality.
