SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and relates to a composition made in the form of a lyophilisate for the formation of antibodies in bodies of mammals that bind the envelope proteins of the hepatitis C virus and the hepatitis C virus, containing five peptides as synthetic peptide antigens, squalene, phospholipid Lipoid C100, tween 80 and maltose. Said composition is obtained after lyophilization of an aqueous solution containing synthetic peptide antigens 0.002–0.01 wt. %, squalene 0.2 wt. %, phospholipid Lipoid C100 0.02 wt. %, tween 80 0.4 wt. %, maltose 10 wt. %, and water for injections up to 100 %.
EFFECT: invention provides for the development of a specific humoral immune response with the formation of antibodies that bind the hepatitis C virus.
