SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a door hinge for an automobile, comprising first half (10) of a hinge, adapted to be fixed on one of doors (20a) of the automobile and door frame (10a), second half (20) of the hinge, made with the possibility of fixing on other door (20a) of the car and door frame (10a), and hinge pin (30) for connecting two halves (10, 20) of the hinge, at least one half (10) of two halves (10, 20) of the loop has support structure (11) and insert (12), and support structure (11) and insert (12) are fixed relative to each other; according to the invention, hinge pin (30) is mounted on at least one eye (116, 117) of support structure (11).
EFFECT: object of the invention to provide a motor vehicle hinge which is improved in terms of size and weight.
