SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to the heat and sound insulating panel systems, manufactured mainly under the factory conditions, with covered with the facing layer the heat and sound insulation layer, intended for the buildings enclosures (external walls, floor panels, heat insulation and sound insulation coatings, etc.). Heat and sound insulation panel system consists of the primary element with insulation. At that, the insulation is located between offset relative to each other and the insulation base and intermediate layers. In the primary element the part of the facing layer adjustment by the inclination angles and height mechanisms system is hidden, provided with fasteners and additionally fastening the base and intermediate layers. Wherein in the base layer mounting holes are made, and the facing layer relative to the primary element is installed with a gap, in which the facing layer by inclination angles and height adjustment mechanisms system visible part is placed, and mechanically fastened thereto.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the heat and sound insulation efficiency due to the presence of the lock joint and the air gap that provides air circulation, which removes condensate and moisture from the insulation and the panel system surface, mounting holes isolating from external exposure, maintainability, providing the fire barrier and conditions for the heat and sound insulation panel system installation performance in one step.
