FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of bar stock of an intermetallic alloy for centrifugal plasma sputtering. In the method, a mixture of powders is poured into the attritor to obtain an intermetallic alloy, a protective environment is created, mechanochemical synthesis is carried out in a high-energy mode with a speed of rotation of the shaft of the stirrer of 20–600 min-1 with simultaneous cooling of the attritor with the provision of obtaining a dispersed microstructure of the alloy with a grain size less than 10 microns. After the end of mechanochemical synthesis, the attritor is switched into the mode of operation with the speed of rotation of the shaft of the mixer of 30–40 min-1 and the resulting alloy powder is poured into a reservoir tightly connected to the attritor, from which it is loaded into the capsular equipment under the action of vibration. Said capsular equipment with the powder is placed in a vacuum chamber and hermetically sealed using electron beam welding, after that, they are placed in a gasostat and hot isostatic pressing is carried out, the capsular equipment is removed from the gasostat and the capsular equipment are mechanically removed to obtain a bar stock.
EFFECT: improved ductility, short-term strength and homogeneity of the chemical composition.
