SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spring-loaded terminal contact (3) for making contact with electrical conductors. Terminal contact comprises at least one bus bar (7) and at least one clamping spring (9), which has bearing side (10), clamping side (12) and spring bow (11) arranged between bearing side (10) and clamping side (12). Clamping side (12) extends towards bus bar (7) and has spring clamping edge (8) for clamping an electrical conductor introduced in conductor insertion direction (L) between clamping side (12) and bus bar (7). Bus bar (7) has clamping edge (6), which together with spring clamping edge (8) forms a clamping point for the electrical conductor to be clamped. Bus bar (7) has channel-shaped depression (14) adjacent to clamping edge (6) in front of the clamping point in conductor insertion direction (L).
EFFECT: improved electrical connection.
