SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for forming a multilayer film product. Technical result is achieved by a method of forming a multilayer film product, which comprises a pattern having a feed surface and an opposite surface facing the substrate, and at least one opening having a shape corresponding to the desired moulded film product, above the substrate. Feed of a first liquid film-forming composition through the first feed port of a multi-stream nozzle and a second film-forming composition through a second feed port of the multi-stream nozzle through the opening of the pattern to form a raw mould comprising a first layer and a second layer on the substrate. Displacement of the pattern and the flow of the first and second liquid film-forming compositions to the opening of the pattern is adjusted so as to ensure the flow rate of the first and the second liquid film-forming compositions to the opening of the pattern corresponding to the volume of empty space formed by the opening of the pattern, side walls of the opening of the pattern and nozzle delivery openings immediately adjacent to the opening of the pattern. Nozzle is in contact with the delivery surface of the pattern. Pattern is removed. Raw mould is cured to provide a multilayer moulded film product located on the substrate.

EFFECT: technical result is the elimination of waste from die cutting.
