SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the heating systems, in particular to the heat carrier in houses circulation enabling means that are under conditions of frequent power outages or in its complete absence. Heat carrier circulation is ensured by the fact that the thermoelectric circulation pump contains the thermoelectric modules, as well as the metal tanks, having flat surfaces for the thermoelectric modules easy installation, some of which are connected to the house heating system and have a circulation pump connected thereto, operating from 12 V or higher, and others are to the thermoelectric modules cooling system. Heat carrier circulation in the house is achieved due to the temperature difference between the metal tanks with thermoelectric modules located therein, which, in turn, produce feeding the circulating pump electricity, and as a result, it creates the house heating heat carrier movement.

EFFECT: technical result consists in the fact that the device enables the heat carrier circulation independently of external sources of electricity.
