SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing the carrier for the plate for a self-inking stamp and a carrier device for a plate with a print side for fixing the plate with text on the carrier for the plate, with two trunnions, which fix the pivot axis of the carrier for the plate, around which it is pivotally mounted when used in a self-inking stamp, and with the reinforcing axis, which passes at least through both trunnions, and the trunnions are formed as an integral whole with the carrier device for the plate.
EFFECT: carrier device for the plate for self-inking stamp is proposed.
