FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to planetary mechanisms. Planetary mechanism contains a central gear on the shaft and a planetary wheel located outside the central gear and eccentrically to the central axis with a crown of internal gearing, as well as a satellite on a free carrier between them. Satellite engages with the gear and the planet wheel. Planetary wheel is planted on bearings on the eccentric portion of the carrier. Gear ring is made on the outer circumference of the planetary wheel, which mates with the ring gear of the additionally inserted central wheel of the internal gearing. Landing the planetary wheel on the bearings reduces the radial loads on the teeth of the wheels. Mechanism is simple in construction as well as in assembly. On its basis, a planetary transmission is proposed. Planetary gear set comprises a housing with input and output shafts. Central gear of the planetary gear is connected to the transmission input shaft. Additional central wheel of the internal gearing of the planetary mechanism is made stationary. Planetary wheel is planted on bearings on the eccentric portion of the carrier. Gear ring is engaged on the outer surface of the planetary wheel, which is engaged with the internal gearing wheel. Gears of the rims transfer the rotation of the planetary wheel around its own axis to the output shaft of the transmission.
EFFECT: high gear ratio with small dimensions.
