SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of structural materials for use in the products of aviation equipment, shipbuilding, in the machine building industries and concerns the panel with the corrugated and mesh filler. Panel includes the perforated skin and the filler, made of alternating upper and lower perforated and corrugated strips and solid skin, at that, in the corrugated filler middle and lower parts installing the cylindrical shaped grids, having contact zones with the upper and lower perforated and corrugated strips, and the distance between the of the cylindrical grids centers in the corrugation height is equal to the lower perforated and corrugated strips half the height. Invention enables reduction in the noise level in 1.5–2 times, providing noise suppression in the wide range of frequencies.

EFFECT: invention enables reduction in the noise level.
