FIELD: valve production.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the manufacture of spatial reinforcement cages for reinforced concrete structures. Washer 4 with rotational drive 3 is installed in roller supports 2 fixed on bed 1. Support unit 5 is installed coaxially to frame 1. Coil 6 with drive 9 for feeding transverse reinforcing wire 7 is installed on the side of pedestal 5 with the possibility of rotation around the longitudinal axis. Guides 10 of the pedestals 5 are designed to accommodate the longitudinal reinforcing bars 11. At the end of the holder 12, the jig 13 is fixed and the stabilizers 14 of the position of the longitudinal reinforcement bars 11 and the cradle 15 are arranged in series. On washer 4 mounted bracket 16 and tension rollers 17 for unwinding from coil 6 transverse reinforcement wire 7 and its tension. Contact welding mechanism is located on the other side of frame 1 circumferentially around jig 13 and made of flat electrodes 18, electrically interconnected and mounted on the ends of clamping actuators 19, which are mounted for movement along guides 21.
EFFECT: use of the present invention improves the quality of resistance welding of manufactured reinforcement cages, eliminates their helical twisting and deformation.
