FIELD: rocket and space technology.
SUBSTANCE: method for maintenance of the thermal rate of onboard devices in the compartment of a space launch vehicle (SLV) includes the introduction of the main gas pipeline and the flow of the gas component through the spray of variable cross-section into the compartment in the bottom-up direction with the subsequent ejection of the gas component through the outflow openings in the lower part of the compartment. Prior to the commencement of the supply of a gas component from a main gas duct to a variable-section atomizer, it is supplied from ground-based gas ducts. Gas component is supplied to the space of the onboard equipment compartment through two concentric rows of sprayer openings. One row of holes provides the feed along the peripheral part of the compartment, the other – by means of the deflector directing the gas component at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the compartment, providing a feed to its central part. After stopping the supply of the gas component to the atomizer from the ground-based gas ducts, the gas component is supplied from the main gas duct to one of the sectors of the atomizer of variable cross-section to the zone of the injection port from the ground gas duct.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of temperature control of on-board instruments of the SLV.
