SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, and is intended for the productive formation isolation from the wellhead during its appearance. Cutoff valve consists of a body with a seat in the axial channel, a spring-loaded gate with the sealing cuff, radially bursting by the shaped collar bush. At the body lower end the tip with central and peripheral holes is installed, inside the body axial channel the jacket fitted with the annular magnet in the lower part is installed. Axis symmetrically to the body the tie-rod is arranged, which forms a movable joint with a tip and shaped collar bush, in the middle part equipped with the thrust ring. Shaped collar bush is spring-loaded with respect to the thrust ring, through the thrust ring the tie-rod rests against the compression spring and via the annular protrusion in the upper part interacts with made in the gate axial channel mating annular protrusion. When closing the well cavity hydraulic connection below the device location point, the gate under the action of differential pressure comes into contact with the seat surface of the seat, with the cuff sealing surface pressing by the spring-pressed shaped collar bush. At the jacket lower end the annular magnet contributes to the having magnetic properties metallic particles capturing from the working fluid flow, which prevents them from getting inside the drilling tool, with the wear process corresponding reduction.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the cutoff valve reliability.
