Synergistic antimicrobial composition contains fluorochloridone and lenacil with a weight ratio of 1:10 to 10:1. Method of inhibiting the growth or controlling the growth of microorganisms in building material is carried out by adding such a synergistic antimicrobial composition.
EFFECT: invention provides high protection efficiency due to the high activity of the combination of both antimicrobial compounds used.
