METHOD OF EMERGENCY BLEACHING OF SKIN HEMATOMA UNDER EYE Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61B17/3211 A61M35/00 A61M37/00 A61K33/10 A61K33/40 A61P43/00 A61Q90/00

Abstract RU 2679334 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, ophthalmology, traumatology, surgery, dentistry and cosmetology and can be used to urgently restore the natural color of the skin of the face under the eye in the presence of a hematoma that occurred during a soft tissue injury. In the convex part of the hematoma, two diametrically located and maximally distant areas are determined. One through elongated skin incision is performed therein, blood is exsanguinated by pressing the skin over the hematoma to the bone of the facial part of the skull. Head is given a position in which the cuts are vertically located one above the other, the head is fixed in the position and a solution of 3 % hydrogen peroxide and 10 % sodium bicarbonate at a temperature of 37–42 °C is injected through the lower incision in volume, ensuring bleaching of tissues. Upper incision is opened, ensuring the release of formed foam through it. After the hematoma bleaching is completed, the foam and inner fluids are released from its cavity by repeatedly pressing the skin against the bone of the facial part of the skull. Transparent, colorless aftershave gel is introduced into the hematoma cavity in a volume sufficient to cover the entire inner surface of the cavity with it. Sanitary napkin is applied to the skin over the hematoma, the skin is pressed against the bones of the facial part of the skull with open skin areas with incisions until the gel and gas bubbles stop flowing. Compress is applied to the hematoma area with a solution of 3 % hydrogen peroxide and 10 % sodium bicarbonate at a temperature of 37–42 °C for 10 min. Skin in the area of the hematoma is wiped with a damp cloth, smoothed to remove the remaining gas bubbles and dried. Incisions are glued with colorless skin glue, the skin in the area of the hematoma is covered with a foundation that has the complexion of the skin color.

EFFECT: method provides emergency and traceless bleaching of skin hematomas under the eye in conditions that preclude local application of cold, development of cold spasm of blood vessels, feelings of pain, local hyperemia, drug dependence.
