SUBSTANCE: invention relates to modular plug connector (10) which has plug (12) including several plug modules (14), and mating plug (16), which includes several mating plug modules (18), in which each plug module (14) and mating plug module (16) form pair (20, 21) of plug modules, while plug (12) and counter plug (16) can take a state connected to each other, and wherein at least one of pairs (20, 21) of the plug modules has at least one locking device (22), which in the connected state of plug (12) and counter plug (16) can assume locking state (24) in which it prevents plug module (14) and mating plug module (18) of this pair (20, 21) of the plug modules from being disconnected.
EFFECT: technical result is protection against intentional separation.
