SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metering devices for bulk products and can be used in food, mixed feed, chemical, construction and other industries. Vibrating dispenser includes a loading hopper, transporting a vibrating drive tray, a pneumatic-powered cutoff valve and a mass control sensor. Dispenser is supplemented with an intermediate bunker connected with the transporting tray with an agitator and a pneumatic vibrator and sequentially installed and interacting with each other the second and third vibrating-driven trays having adjustable dampers. Intermediate bunker is connected to the mass volume sensor and is mounted with ability to interaction with the second vibrating tray, which has a minimum vibration speed, and the third vibrating tray is connected to the pneumatic damper and is designed to ensure the maximum feed rate of the bulk product.
EFFECT: claimed invention allows to improve the dosing accuracy, the uniformity of the flow of the bulk product, as well as the productivity.
