Wireless communication device for transmitting the channel state information report (CSI contains the processing circuit and the memory, moreover, the mentioned memory contains instructions executed by the mentioned processing circuit, whereby the mentioned wireless communication device (90) is adapted and/or configured, and/or configured with the possibility to be configured using upper layer signaling with the first measurement restriction (MR) configuration for measuring and/or transmitting the channel state information (CSI) report, receive, using low-level signaling from the assembly (80) of the radio network, the first indication indicating that the second MR configuration for measuring and/or transmitting the CSI report replaces the first MR configuration for measuring and/or transmitting the CSI report.
EFFECT: improved network performance when the communication environment changes.
