FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of industrial and civil construction, to the structures of suspended ventilated facades of buildings and structures, namely, to structures of mounted ventilated facades of buildings and structures, mounted during the construction of new buildings and structures, as well as during the reconstruction works of the operated facilities to give them aesthetic qualities and information properties, protection from external atmospheric influences and increase the degree of thermal insulation. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the hinged ventilated front frame tensioning system is formed by sequentially mounting a set of front tension panels 16 (FTP) to the supporting system of the facade, including basic profiles 19, 19a, fixed to the supporting structures 69 using mounting angles 17, 17a, and a set of mounting brackets 21–21zh, designed to install FTP 16 to base profiles 19, 19a, each FTP 16 consists of different sized, different-shaped frame structures 15 (FS), which can be made of different types of straight or curvilinear frame profiles, made of solid material: frame profile 1, frame reinforced profile 1a, frame profile with a slanting outer edge 1b, frame reinforced profile with a slanting outer edge 1c, as well as reinforcing profiles: reinforcing profile 1g and reinforcing profile with mounting grooves 1d, interconnected using connecting angles 2, while the produced FS 15 are covered with flexible material 3 (FM) from the front side, forming 16 different sizes and shapes of the FTP, at the same time, the fixation of pre-tensioned FM 3 to FS 15 is performed using mounting profile 4, and the additional tension of FM 3, fixed on FS 15, is carried out by actuating the divorcing mechanisms, as well as the technical result is achieved due to the method of mounting such a hinged ventilated facade tensioning system.
EFFECT: versatility of the assembly and installation characteristics of the ventilated facade system, the speed of installation, the practicality of using the mounted ventilated facade system, as well as the possibility of changing the facing material of the facade system while preserving the frame structures of the facade system.
