FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat and power devices and, in particular, to devices for air heating, intended for use in systems of autonomous air heating of buildings and structures, for heating fresh supply air, for heating air, gas or drying agent in process heating and drying systems, quality of mobile installations, as well as a preheater as part of a supply or extract air system, as an oven or in conjunction with other systems or devices. Claimed device for air heating includes a housing with a radiation-convective heat exchanger located in it, an automated burner equipped with a cylindrical flame nozzle, and flow elements. Heat exchanger is connected to the burner and is designed to carry out the process of heat exchange and the transfer of heat of combustion of the fuel to the heated air. Heat exchanger includes a streamlined shape of the combustion chamber and the guide plates surrounding it, and a convective part including heat exchange elements – wide convex-concave, wide flat corrugated, cylindrical corrugated or cylindrical, the secondary heat exchange plates, as well as one or more rotating chambers, a smoke collector, condensate drain pipes and other elements are located between the wide heat exchange elements. For pumping heated air or a drying agent through the device, a fan or other device is used to move the air.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the device.
