SUBSTANCE: chuck includes a housing with cams, a conical sleeve disposed in the housing with the possibility of movement along an axis of the chuck from a drive, and a mechanism for transmitting movement from the conical sleeve to the cams. Sleeve with a stepped hole, longitudinal slots and a keyway is installed in the conical sleeve. Key, installed in the conical sleeve, is associated with said sleeve. Spring is placed between a bottom of the conical sleeve and a step of the stepped hole. Sleeve is associated with the hole in the conical sleeve with the ability to move along the axis of the chuck. Thread, corresponding to a thread of an object to be fixed, is made on an input section of the stepped hole.

EFFECT: expansion of technological capabilities is achieved by fixing the object on an outer thread surface.
