SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and the pharmaceutical industry, namely to the use of the infusion of the lady's mantle during hypoxia of the brain. Use of infusion of lady's mantle Alchemilla vulgaris L., obtained by treating the ground part of the lady's mantle crushed to 1–3 mm with water when the ratio of raw materials to the extractant 1:20 in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, followed by cooling at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtering and squeezing the raw materials, bringing the volume of the resulting infusion to 200 ml, while the infusion as the active substances contains 7.7 % of ellagotannins and 7.1 % of polysaccharides, as a means with a membrane stabilizing effect during brain hypoxia.

EFFECT: proposed solution for membrane stabilization during hypoxia of the brain of plant origin has an effective therapeutic effect.
